Philip Barton is a dedicated Soil Food Web Consultant, Soil Microbiologist, and Regenerative Agricultural Specialist. He is committed to revitalizing our planet's most precious resource: soil.
Philip's work is grounded in SFW principles and whole systems design, focusing on creating holistic, regenerative agricultural systems. He specializes in the careful creation of high-quality compost, compost extracts, and teas to restore the intricate balance of microbial life.
Currently, Philip is furthering his expertise as an MSc candidate in Climate Change, Food Security and Agriculture at the University of Galway.
By improving living soils and fostering robust microbial life, Philip helps clients around the globe build resilient, productive ecosystems. He has a proven history of success in implementing nature-based solutions that enhance soil fertility, boost crop yields, and promote ecological health.

Mauro Weber Rosito is a experienced Regenerative Agriculture Specialist and Climate Change Consultant with over 15 years of international expertise in managing projects related to regenerative agriculture, resilient food systems, and climate change adaptation. Specialized in Syntropic Agriculture practices that incorporate nature-based solutions to enhance food security, regenerate ecosystems, and promote biodiversity. Passionate about designing and implementing sustainable agricultural systems, as well as facilitating market access strategies for farmer organizations. Proven track record in ecosystem regeneration, building living soils, and increasing soil fertility while growing high-quality food.



Steeven Leon
Agricultural Engineer
Steeven León is an agricultural engineer with a degree from EARTH University. He is an international consultant specializing in advising cocoa-growing communities, focusing on agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable agronomic practices. He is particularly skilled in the production of bio-inputs for soil fertility restoration and promotes holistic methods for assessing soil health and fertility, such as Pfeiffer soil chromatography and the Soil Food Web (SFW) approach. He also has experience in the design and implementation of bio-input production facilities
